Is bed rest good for back pain?
Initially experiencing acute back pain, it would be very tempting to lie in bed and wait for the pain to go away. 50 years ago this might have even been the advice your Doctor would have given you.Unfortunately this might be the worst advice that could be given to a person with back pain.
